Our robotic cell manages six operational stages, from assembly to palletizing, ensuring product quality control, error reduction, and time optimization, thanks to the full integration of the process.

The six main stages are:
1-Assembly
2-Quality control
3-Box forming
4-Filling
5-Labeling
6-Palletizing

The first anthropomorphic robot picks up the product and performs the assembly, placing it at an intermediate point.
The second anthropomorphic robot carries out quality control and fills the box.
The collaborative robot forms the box, applies the label, and completes the final palletizing.

Thanks to the synergy between the anthropomorphic robots and the collaborative robot, the cell ensures a continuous, safe, and precise workflow, reducing working time and minimizing manual intervention, which can then be allocated to higher-value activities.
